  1. Important notice to users updating TSERVE to version 2.2 from earlier\ 
  2. versions (2.x) :
  3.      The size of TSPARMS.DAT, the file holding the transmission param-
  4. eters, has changed. As a result an IO error will stop the load if you try
  5. to run TSERVE with the old file, and the session will proceed with default
  6. values.
  7.  
  8. You must :     1) Delete the old TSPARMS.DAT
  9.                2) Redefine the parameters for the correct time zone,
  10.                   phone number, etc. by pressing any key immediately
  11.                   after TSERVE starts.
